Title: Customer Experience/Social Media Manager
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, journalism, or marketing
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience working with top social media platforms
    • FaceBook
    • Instagram
    • Twitter
    • YouTube
    • Snapchat
  • Robust customer service skills to respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and social. Ability to work feverishly to meet customer’s needs is essential

Duties to Include:

Be front line of the customer experience both pre and post purchase of a mattress

  • Receiving and handling calls from consumers
  • Monitoring and responding to chat feature for any customer inquiries
  • Fielding emails from potential or current customers
  • Using software to monitor social interactions across major social media platforms
  • Create and manage consumer feedback dialogue in effort to build product intelligence

Create and cultivate TryTuck.com brand on social media

  • Develop, curate and manage all published content including photography
  • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a ‘social’ manner while generating new leads
  • Research social media campaigns of others in the space
  • Oversee design and update of social media pages
  • Provide reporting on social media performance
  • Work with social advertising firm when necessary for branding assets

Use effective techniques to spread reach of TryTuck.com to initiate new business

  • Reach out to media outlets to create awareness of the Tuck brand
  • Participate in message boards where consumers are seeking mattress advice
  • Work with team on local advertising initiatives to grow presence in Cincinnati
  • Brainstorm and implement various ‘guerrilla marketing’ techniques

Position/Compensation Details: Opening is listed as part time with a 90 day transition period to full time with benefits package,
including your own Tuck mattress.
Compensation is $25 per hour during said trial period
