Position: PR and Digital Content Manager

Rick Miller Communications (RMC) is a Silver Anvil-winning virtual agency which helps organizations across the country develop strategic communications and reputation programs, including crisis management.  We’re celebrating a decade in business this year.

Our virtual team offers deep, category-specific experience to high-profile regional and national clients in health, retail and foodservice, consumer products, as well as not-for-profit and civic organizations.    

We would like to meet an experienced digital media manager who seeks flexibility in their work/life to complement our team. This part-time manager will lead social, email and digital promotion programs for health-based and retail food clients. You can expect consistent weekday activity, spending 15-20 hours weekly working directly with our team and clients.


  • Communications planning and content development

  • Website content planning and updates

  • Social media management, including SEO and paid social

  • Coordinate photo and video shoots

  • Knowledge of photo editing and basic design programs

  • Email development and management on platforms such as Constant Contact, Fishbowl and MailChimp

  • Project performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics


We’d love to meet someone who has proven they consistently take initiative and bring 2 to 3 years’ experience.  Hands on management and content development for digital media is essential – as is a passion for current events, health and food/beverage.
