POSITION: Real Estate Team Coordinator

EXPERIENCE: 1+ Year of administrative, communications, or public relations experience, or a minimum of an Associate's Degree

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Full-time position (35-40 hours per week) for a small real estate business in Northern Kentucky. Looking for a high energy individual to handle a variety of duties, including client interaction, marketing, and database management. Paid on the job training provided. Room for advancement and bonus plan. If you like to work independently and are looking for work that is interesting, challenging, and ever changing, you won't be disappointed.


Strong verbal and written communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Solid computer and social media knowledge.

Experience with Real Estate systems a plus.

Knowledge of database systems, technological and social media savvy, and most importantly, a desire to learn and grow in the industry.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required with the ability to transport signs and other real estate materials to and from listings all over the Northern Ky area.
