August Event: From Guerrilla Warfare to Guerrilla PR

Whether your organization realizes it or not, we live in a multicultural world. Tailoring messages and tactics that lead to measurable results takes skill and experience.

Pick up a few of these skills during the August 29 Diversity Luncheon from Mike Robinson, president of LaVERDAD Marketing and former Army Special Forces Officer and Global Manager with Proctor and Gamble.  Mike has conducted campaigns with every major consumer segment in the US, as well as initiatives around the world.  He leads an award winning business recognized for bringing consumer insights and marketing strategies to Fortune 1,000 companies, nonprofits, and governmental agencies.

Save the Date – July 23

Imagine this. You are working on a project and you make a recommendation. The people in the room look at you and instead of thunderous applause, you are met with blank stares. Resistance ensues. Project stalls. Has it happened to you? (It’s happened to me!) Mark your calendar for July 23 for a special training opportunity. Bill Brewer, a former PRSA Cincinnati Chapter president and long-time member, will present an interactive workshop on Getting Your Expertise Used. It’s based on the Flawless Consulting process from management and consulting expert Peter Block, who Bill works with regularly in his current role at Designed Learning. Registration information will be available in a few weeks.
